MGH Department of Surgery Grand Rounds 2017-2018

Description

Surgical Grand Rounds is a weekly series for the formal presentation of a specific aspect of clinical medicine, with discussion of pathogenesis, symptomatology, therapy, and outcomes, usually of a specific disease. Global goals for these sessions are to teach new information and to enhance clinical reasoning skills of both trainees and faculty members and, by extension, improve their care of patients through application of their new knowledge and skills. Sessions can include presentation of new clinical and scientific information or new protocols and procedures for patients, with the goal of enhancing medical knowledge, improving clinical competence, and thereby improving patient care.

This program is intended for: Surgeons and surgeons-in-training.

Agenda
